 Fixed the position of the message Mednafen
- The function was disabled in Blit MednafenEmu

Correction on the XMB display when opened
Some reorganization in mednafen_help

 Changing the management of sound: the samplerate was adjusted slightly until the emulator provides 800 samples per frame.  

Those still not perfect but it's much better. Vous devez faire la comparaison avec mednafen PC. You must make the comparison with mednafen PC
